Our TurboGFP-Trap is a high affinity TurboGFP-binding protein (anti-TurboGFP VHH or anti-TurboGFP Nanobody) coupled to a matrix, either agarose beads or magnetic agarose beads. The TurboGFP affinity resin is optimized for biochemical analysis of TurboGFP-fusion proteins and their interacting partners.

TurboGFP is a bright dimeric green fluorescent protein derived from CopGFP from the the copepod Pontellina plumata. Copepod TurboGFP is evolutionarily distant from jellyfish-derived fluorescent proteins such as EGFP and shares only about 20% sequence similarity. TurboGFP fusions are used in Fluorescence, Confocal & Super Resolution Microscopy.

Immunoprecipitation of TurboGFP. Input (I), non-bound (FT) and bound (B) fractions were separated by SDS-PAGE followed by Coomassie staining and Western blotting. Western blot indicates high effectiveness of pull-down.
